I see these comments are still here - maybe you can't delete them? You're not as chatty as I remember and I'm sorry these comments went in a whole other direction but since I know this is you, there is something I wanted to tell you while I had the chance ...
When my youngest daughter was 18 months her whole demeanor changed and they told me she was most likely autistic. My world pretty much stopped -- her 2 1/2 yr older sister had just been diagnosed with Type I diabetes two weeks earlier and I was just grasping that. But she didn't smile, or look at me and had some very strange behaviors. One day a conversation we had while you were still in school came back to me -- you were telling me that chiropractic could help people focus and that it was beneficial to children with disabilities. The next day I took her and every week after that for 2 yrs. I definately saw an improvement after just a few sessions and that along with early intervention made all the difference in all our lives. Holly is a miracle - she definately came out of that darkness. She is not autistic but a very intelligent if not quirky 11 yr old. She is just Holly.
I take both my girls every few months for an adjustment. So whatever it's worth -- thanks!
If you had lived closer, I would have come directly to you.

I don't get on here like I use to. We moved to Fla about 1.5 years ago. As i said, life is great. I have 4 kids. A stepson who is 24 and in Cincy and 2 boys, 9 and 6 and a little girl who is almost 3.
Who is your friend ron and how did he find me for you? Tell Christa I have not spoken with Dave in about 15 years. Maybe ron can find him for her.
It is great to see that some of my wisdom rubbed off on you. Thank you for telling me the story about your girl. That is worth more than you know. we do not immunize our kids because of the ill-effects. I do not practice anymore, but still adjust the family regularly.
Good luck with your teenage daughters.....:-O

Glad to hear ur back home. Much better than a Kentucky winter.
No wonder u don't get much time on ur site -- 4 kids!! Glad to hear ur a hubby and dad - I can see you excelling at both.
Ron is someone I've known since childhood -- it was him on the ND blog more than a yr. ago when I caught your name on screen. He used to scout hs football/bskball talent for Wake Forest (?) he was familiar w/ur blog. I am surrounded by fighting irish fans and am often subject to ramblings about defense.
Recently had been out of work - tore my achilles tendon - and when friends would come over to "help" things sometimes got silly. Ron was hyped up about going to Hawaii for game and I had recently found those photos so ... between the pain killers and wine the events leading up to blogging are a little foggy. Ron set me up as "IrishNYgirl" on some ND blog as if I have something to add. That's the game w/the sticks, right? So if you come across that id, that's me.
I never even knew you were irish ...

... and if either of my teenage daughters is stupid enough to get in a car with some bouncer that just got fired for losing his cool and she just met on spring break, with no idea where he is taking her - I pray that she is as lucky as me. God help me.

just fyi ... I am NOT IrishNYgirl anymore nor have I ever pstd as such - no pt since I don't know squat about ND fb(that is Ron's wife now) I have a feeling ur "IPD" but kept it to myself.

don't know where ur in fla. but will be in Stuart and WPB area in March. Would it be a big no no to meet for lunch or a drink or does that only work when I'm the only 1 married?
Joking. Take care.

Hey wasn't this a big day for the Irish? I was counting on an update so I would look like I knew what I was talking about. No longer doing the blog thing? Hope all is well.
