It's Not Easy....
Please don't assume that because your team made a coaching change that recruiting becomes easier. Actually, recruiting becomes harder, even for Nick Saban, Butch Davis and all the other new head coaches in college football. Why? Because recruiting is about building relationships and new staffs just don't have the time to play catch up.
