I'm Not Going To ND....

The first thing out of Mike Ragone’s mouth was, “I’m not going to Notre Dame.” While a stunned reporter searched for words, Scout.com’s No. 2 ranked tight end busted up laughing a second later, and the joke was over. Ragone will fax in his letter-of-intent to Irish coaches at 7 a.m. this morning, and will have a press conference at his school with a couple teammates at 9:30 a.m. with local media.

What a kick in the pants that would have been. With all the talk of Ragone talking to Carroll this week, this wouldn't have shocked me. But it looks like the kid didn't have a change of anything and is sticking with the Irish. Why wouldn't he? Weis has gotten a TE to the NFL and another one is on his way.
