Outline of Major Wright story below:
Major Wright is the type of player that can change the momentum of a game on any play. He brings a swagger to the field that is infectious. If the Notre Dame football program is going to take the next step and become a perennial top-five program they will need to sign players like Wright.
Wright visited Notre Dame unofficially for the spring game in April, and he will be back in town this weekend for an official visit.
“Yeah, I’m heading up there [Friday],” Wright responded when asked about the trip.
“I’m going to announce my decision on signing day,” Wright said.
He states the ND, OSU, Miami and UF are all even and in contention. I think it is a great thing for him to visit this late. Once he sees the campus and speaks to players, that may help land this player.
